Friday 5th July
Manic kind of a day. Far too much housework, washing, ironing, packing last minute visiting and sorting. Of course we had to have the mini x-factor moment in the bedroom deciding exactly what was going to make it into the suitcase. The first round was fairly easy with a simple 'does it fit or doesn't it' and no .... the trousers didn't make it! Eventually, far too late we fell into bed for a couple of hours before the alarm went off and 4.30 am and we were on our way.
